B. Mealey moved to approve and adopt the Agreement between the City of Annandale and ISD876 for the Purpose of Administering the District’s Special Election to be held on November 4, 2025. Witherbee seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
C. Jacobson moved to approve and adopt the Resolution Appointing Election Judges for the November 4, 2025 School District Special Election. Mealey seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
D. Jon Meinke reviews the MCA Scores

2. Grade Full Test Scores
E. Mealey moved to approve the maximum amount for the Proposed Property Tax Levy. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
F. Jacobson moved to approve and adopt theSeptember Resolution Accepting Donations. Witherbee seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
G. Muehring-Paulson moved to approve two policies in the review cycle. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
10. Information Items
A. There will be a Work Session at the Annandale Elementary School on Monday, October 13, 2025 at 6:00 pm held in person in the media center. This work session will not be recorded or livestreamed.
B. The next monthly meeting will be at the Annandale Elementary School on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 7:00 pm held in person in the media center.
11. Mealey made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:54 pm. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON HOLLISTER AVENUE
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
TOWNSHIP PROJECT
NO. 2026-01
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Corinna Township will meet in at the Town Hall, 9801 Ireland Avenue NW, Annandale, MN, at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, on November 18, 2025, to consider the improvement and reconstruction of Hollister Avenue NW.
This project consists of roadway and utility improvements from 10461 Hollister Avenue NW to 7212 107th Street NW. The improvements are identified below:
• Reconstruction of the roadway with improved subgrade, aggregate base, asphalt paving, and curb and gutter with a storm sewer system.
Improvements made would assess benefited properties for all or a portion of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be specially assessed for the improvement consists of al properties abutting or accessing Hollister Avenue NW from its intersection with 107th Street to the termination of Hollister Avenue at 10461 Hollister Avenue NW. The estimated cost of the improvement is $650,000. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons wishing to comment on the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
