The Annandale City Council met on Friday, Sept. 1, for a special meeting at the Annandale City Hall. Mayor Shelly Jonas and Councilors JT Grundy, Tina Honsey and Matt Wuollet were present. Councilor Corey Czycalla was present remotely. City staff present included City Administrator Kelly Hinnenkamp and Annandale Police Chief Peter Standafer.
