Wright County Sheriff’s Report for the week ending Oct. 31:

■ Eugene C. Kneer, 56, of Annandale, was arrested on Oct. 24 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for second-degree burglary violations.

■ Natasha L. Brandenburger, 34, of Annandale was arrested on Oct. 28 in Buffalo on a Wright County warrant for trespassing violations.

■ Kenneth G. Beckius, 46, of Clearwater was arrested on Oct. 29 in Clearwater on the charges of second-degree refusal to test and DWI.

There were 26 property damage accidents, seven personal injury accidents, one hit-and-run accident and eight car-deer accidents during the week.

There were also six arrests for DWI, three underage consumption arrests, three school bus stop arm violations and 60 tickets for miscellaneous traffic violations during the week.

Wright County Attorney’s Report for the week of Oct. 31:

■ Jacob C. Campbell, 25, of South Haven was sentenced on Oct. 28 for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 355 days, $2,400 stayed for three years on conditions of probation, serve 10 days jail, pay $600 fine plus surcharges, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, serve 20 days on electronic home monitoring, complete a Level II driving program, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Mottl.

■ Rita E. Rudnitski, 52, of Annandale was sentenced on Oct. 28 for felony controlled substance crime in the second degree to 68 months prison, provide DNA sample. Sentenced by Judge Strand.

■ Jose D. Martinez, 31, of Annandale was sentenced on Nov. 1 for probation violations for felony domestic assault by strangulation to 18 months prison. Sentenced by Judge Mottl.

■ Jeffrey E. Temple, 43, of South Haven was sentenced on Oct. 25 for terroristic threats to 365 days jail, $3,000 fine; 344 days stayed for two years on conditions of probation, serve 21 days jail, pay $85 surcharges, complete the Wright County Domestic Abuse Batterer’s Intervention Program and follow all recommendations, have no use or possession of alcohol or non-prescription drugs, submit to random testing, have no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons, provide DNA sample, have no contact with victim or victim’s residence, have no same or similar violations. Sentenced by Judge Tenney.
