Shelly Lynn Isaacson, age 57, of Stillwater, Minnesota passed away on Friday, April 7, 2023. Join us to celebrate Shelly’s life on Saturday, April 29, at Gearhart Funeral Home, 11275 Foley Blvd. NW, Coon Rapids. The visitation is from noon to 1 p.m., with the service beginning at 1 p.m. Shelly is survived by her parents, Kenneth and Darlene; siblings, Dayna (Tom) Davis and Shawn Isaacson; nephew/niece, Drew and Payton Davis; and other family members and friends. Shelly was born in Winsted, on Feb. 21, 1966. She was raised in Coon Rapids where she graduated from high school in 1984. Shelly received an Associates in Arts and Sciences in retail management and fashion merchandising from Lowthian College in 1986 and a Bachelor of Science degree in applied design and visual communication from the University of Minnesota in 1990. Shelly worked in several retail jobs using and developing her skills as a designer throughout the years. Her true passion was her career as a color specialist and interior designer at Shelly’s Design Studio, established in 1991. Shelly was active in continuing education, networking groups and entrepreneurship. In more recent years, she was known as “My Color Witch” due to her magical talent to really listen to her clients and find colors to match their personality and energy. Shelly enjoyed spending time with friends and family. You could rely on Shelly for a big smile and a giggle, as well as a deep conversation any time. Her spirituality was extremely important to her. Shelly was baptized and confirmed and she believed in our Lord Jesus Christ. Our family appreciates all who knew and loved Shelly. Please continue to share your fond and funny memories.
