The Annandale City continues to move forward with a pair of housing projects that will add capacity to its growing community.
At the Monday, April 8, monthly meeting, the council set a TIF (tax increment financing) hearing for an apartment complex, and in a separate action has posted an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for a proposed development near Lake John.
