NYQUIST, DECEDENT NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL ADJUDICATION OF INTESTACY, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is given that on 2/23/2022, at 2:00 pm, a remote hearing will be held in this Court at 3700 Braddock Avenue, Buffalo, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent, and for the appointment of Joshua Nyquist, whose address is 16688 73rd Place N, Maple Grove, MN, 55311 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. You may call court administration for instructions on how to appear. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

BONGAARTS; JOHN PHILLIP BONGAARTS, DECEDENT NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND CREDITORS:
A Petition for Formal Probate of Will and for Formal Appointment of Personal Representative has been filed with this Court. If no objections are filed, and if the relief requested is appropriate and supported, the requested relief may be granted. Any objections to the Petition must be mailed, email, faxed, or filed in the electronic filing system, together with the court filing fee, prior to the February 9, 2022 hearing.
NOTICE IS GIVEN that any objections to the Petition must be made by U.S. Mail, fax, e-mail, or eFiling by February 9, 2022. Objections by U.S. Mail can be sent to Wright County Court Administration, 3700 Braddock Ave. NE, Suite 1100, Buffalo, MN 55313. If proper, and no objections are filed or made, the Petition may be granted. If objections are filed or made, or the Respondent’s attorney requests for any reason, the hearing will be rescheduled.
The hearing will be a virtually hearing and should you wish to attend please contact Wright County Court Administration at 763-682-7639 for log in information. Notice shall be given to those beneficiaries of the trust who are known or reasonably ascertainable by the petitioner by mailing a copy of this Notice and Order by U.S. Postal Service at least fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing date. Notice also shall be given by publishing a copy of this Notice in a legal newspaper once a week for two consecutive weeks for the county in which the petition is filed at least twenty (20) days prior to the hearing. Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
