I. Muehring-Paulson moved to approve seven policies in the review cycle.Witherbee seconded. Motion carried 5-0.

A. There will be a Work Session at the Annandale Elementary School on Monday, May 12, 2025 at 6:00 pm held in person in the media center.
B. The next monthly meeting will be at the Annandale Elementary School on Monday, May 19, 2025 at 7:00 pm held in person in the media center.
11. Mealey made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:43 pm. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 5-0.

Sections of the Zoning Ordinance to be amended include Sections 3 (Rules and Definitions), 6 (Zoning Districts and District Provisions) and 7 (Performance Standards). Applicant: Corinna Township.

Notice is given that on June 12, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., a hearing will be held remotely via Zoom in this Court at 3700 Braddock Avenue, Buffalo, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent, and for the appointment of John R. Swanson as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an unsupervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City of Annandale is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the design and construction of a 62’ x 80’ x 14’ post-frame storage shed.
