1. Jones called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

4. Mealey moved to approve the agenda items. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 5-0.

H. Consider the third and final reading of new policy: 209 Code of Ethics and consider approval and adoption. Mealey moved to approve. Dougherty seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
I. Muehring-Paulson moved to approve seven policies in the review cycle.Witherbee seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
10. Information Items
A. There will be a Work Session at the Annandale Elementary School on Monday, May 12, 2025 at 6:00 pm held in person in the media center.
B. The next monthly meeting will be at the Annandale Elementary School on Monday, May 19, 2025 at 7:00 pm held in person in the media center.
11. Mealey made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:43 pm. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 5-0.

Consideration of amendments to the Corinna Township Zoning Ordinance related to the regulation of cannabis businesses including their location, operation and permitting procedures for zoning purposes consistent with the zoning regulations adopted in Wright County Ordinance Amendment 24-7. Sections of the Zoning Ordinance to be amended include Sections 3 (Rules and Definitions), 6 (Zoning Districts and District Provisions) and 7 (Performance Standards). Applicant: Corinna Township.

Notice is given that on June 12, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., a hearing will be held remotely via Zoom in this Court at 3700 Braddock Avenue, Buffalo, Minnesota, for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the Decedent, and for the appointment of John R. Swanson as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an unsupervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. CITY OF ANNANDALE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City of Annandale is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the design and construction of a 62’ x 80’ x 14’ post-frame storage shed. The proposed building will serve as a public works storage facility and must meet the structural and functional specifications detailed in the published RFP. Proposal are due June 2, 2025.
