The Wright County Board is looking to approve a roughly 4.8% levy increase for 2024 at a special meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 26. Commissioners and staff have been chipping away at a levy that started at a 7.1 percent increase. That was pared down to 5.26 percent which would have equated to the average taxpayer a difference of $30 annually.
