Leaman C. Jones, age 38, of South Haven died on Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids as a result of complications from COVID. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 3, 2022, at Dingmann Funeral Chapel in Annandale with visitation one hour prior to the service. Family requests that attendees dress as Leaman would have wanted them to, casual. Leaman Cole Jones was born Nov. 20, 1983, in Shakopee to Wayne and Debra Jones. He grew up in Annandale and graduated from Annandale High School with the Class of 2002. Following school, he worked in construction. Leaman enjoyed hunting, fishing, music, football, and grilling. He was all about having fun. Leaman felt at home whenever he was in the outdoors. He is survived by his fiance, Nichole Anderson of South Haven; son, Tritt Jones of South Haven; mother, Debbie Jones (Peter) Hassinger of Hawick; brother, Keaton (Lindsey) Jones; sister, Brienna Jones; nieces, Ella and Autumn; and grandfather, Herbert Jones of Bull Head City, AZ. He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Jones; and grandparents, Beverly Jones, and Lawrence and Dorothy Lano.
