The Cardinals’ Ben Walter hit a three-pointer to tie the game with the Sauk Centre Mainstreeters at 61-61 with 2:41 remaining. Right after the shot was released, a foul was called away from the shot on the Mainstreeters, giving the Cardinals the ball and a chance to take its first lead since the first half. The team didn’t cash in on that opportunity, instead allowing two Mainstreeter layups to fall back into a 61-65 deficit.
