Greg Hiniker is the new owner of the Annandale Laundromat, located at 94 Oak Ave. N., Main Street. ‘Operations will stay pretty much the same,’ Hiniker said. Hiniker expects to make some minor upgrades, including replacing the carpet. He has also been checking out all the equipment and making any necessary repairs or replacements. ‘I am excited about this venture,’ Hiniker said, ‘and I look forward to many years operating in Annandale.’ Hiniker is a Realtor and a business property manager.
